Profile sanding machines

Cosma profile sanding machines sand products with a (multi-sided) profile or multiple edges in a single production movement (X-Y-Z setting up to 200 mm and X-Y setting of 200 mm and higher). They are suitable for products such as windows, window frames, glass trim, skirting boards, architraves, garden wood and scrap wood.

Our machines can be designed for throughput speeds of up to 100 metres per minute and both sanding parameters and brush rotation speeds/design can be adapted to your production speed.
